The Role:
As an Ambassador Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Brand Ambassador program, fostering relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring the success of our ambassador initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and an enthusiastic approach to brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our network of Brand Ambassadors.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance ambassador engagement and performance.
• Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to our Ambassadors.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for program improvement and growth.
